You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel your order, visit your account and go to the orders section. If cancellation is available, you will see an option to cancel the order.
2. Vendor Cancellations
In rare cases, a vendor may cancel your order due to inventory issues or errors. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
3. Fees and Charges
No cancellation fees apply if the order is canceled before shipping. If the cancellation request is made after shipment, you may need to follow the return process.
